Individual Counseling
Our individual counseling services offer a supportive space to talk through what is on your mind with a licensed therapist or peer counselor. Whether you are navigating mental health concerns, substance use, or everyday stress, we will work with you to identify your goals and build practical tools to support your well-being. Peer counseling is also available, offering the opportunity to connect with someone who has lived experience and can provide support from a place of shared understanding.
Addiction Recovery Programs
We offer outpatient recovery programs that meet you where you are. Our evidence-based Certified Matrix Model Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides more structure for those who need it, while our standard outpatient services offer flexibility to fit into your daily routine. We provide counseling, peer support, and medication assisted treatment when appropriate to support your recovery in a way that works for you. Clients can also stay connected through our Continued Care Program aftercare group for ongoing support.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers an opportunity to connect with others who understand what you are experiencing. Led by trained professionals, our groups focus on building skills, exploring shared experiences, and providing support in a safe and respectful environment. We also offer a dedicated HIV support group for individuals seeking connection and understanding within a supportive community.

Trauma-Informed Care

Using evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), our therapists will work with you to understand the impact of trauma and support your path toward healing.
